John W. Bellian is Vice President and Senior Project Architect for HOK, which is in the top 5 Architectural firms in the world for sustainable design and that consistently is ranked in the top 10 overall Architectural and Engineering Design Firms worldwide. Bellian has more than 24 years of knowledge and experience in all aspects of the architectural profession. At this point in his career, he finds his greatest satisfaction in being the ‘coach’, mentoring and encouraging architects and interns to strive to be their best.

An award-winning public speaker and 24-year veteran of the building industry, Scott von Gonten, CGA, CGP, LLRA, SHA, CR, CDST, is Founder and President of ConserveIQ, LLC, a professional training and consulting firm and distributor of green building products. In addition, Scott is on the Faculty of the National Association of Home Builders University of Housing for “Green Building for Building Professionals,” “Business Management,” and “Customer Service,” as well as, Director of Small Business Marketing at AM 700 KSEV—The Voice of Texas. Scott was recently inducted into the National Association of Home Builders “Society of Honored Associates,” where there were only 99 inductees nationally over the last 26 years.
