> OVERVIEW
Created: revised brand, marketing strategy, website redesign, corporate collateral support

Over the past decade, CRSS, the Center for Reform of School Systems, has been on the leading edge of America’s effort to improve public education at the K-12 level with the specific aim of better preparing our children to compete in the 21st century global economy. But the organization lacked a brand strategy and cohesive plan of action for marketing. Their logo was also dated, their collateral materials were unimpressive and their website was both static and lacking in content depth. They needed help developing a fresh, new identity along with improved messaging and marketing materials to expand awareness of their cause and to increase funding from the corporate and private sectors. The client only had a modest budget with which to accomplish all those goals.
>> SOLUTION
forGreen was instrumental in turning the situation around 180 degrees by helping CRSS define its unique value and brand proposition, and by developing an efficient, effective, comprehensive marketing plan for them. In the process, the firm also explored the possibility of renaming the organization and redesigned its logo with a completely new identity package, printed materials and website to communicate its vitally important mission in a way that engages, informs and motivates the target audience. forGreen worked closely with the founder of CRSS and his senior staff while coordinating the efforts of numerous designers, writers, production experts and printers to devise a feasible work schedule and assure an effective end product. CRSS now has a crisp, clean, contemporary new brand image with a proper marketing plan in place and an in-depth, new website built on an easy-to-use content management system plus a full set of new marketing materials that tell a compelling story to stimulate positive response.
